Description: Rocks is one of my favorite things to paint, the colour which changes continuously depending on the time of day and the patterns on the rocks is inspiring. These basalt rocks can be found in Namibia and have been caused by erosion of overlying rocks 170 million years ago (imagine that). The rocks balance with ease on top of each other.
This painting is done in oils and cotton stretched canvas.
